In December 2025, Eltes entered into a business and capital alliance with グロースパートナーズ, which aims to enhance corporate value, and welcomed its representative, Furukawa Noriyuki (古川徳厚), as an outside director. The agreement includes highly ambitious measures, such as setting “achievement of a market capitalization of ¥10 billion” as an exercise condition for the stock acquisition rights.
グロースパートナーズ invests in listed companies, provides hands-on support, and operates buyout funds. Its distinguishing feature is its deep involvement in the operations of its investee companies to enhance their corporate value. The deciding factor in its investment decision was that Eltes has a strong position and customer base in the digital risk sector.
Following the alliance, structural and organisational reforms centered on carve-outs, as well as stronger investor relations, are under way after an analysis of the current situation based on interviews with management. Developing a growth strategy for the core internal threat detection service has been identified as the next major milestone.
With management, led by Ito Yutaka (伊藤豊), driving the reforms and グロースパートナーズ providing support as an external partner, Eltes is developing a structure that concentrates management resources on its core businesses and is expected to accelerate highly transparent information disclosure and the execution of its growth strategy.
Eltes has set out a new three-year plan, “Eltes Lean Transformation: From Quantity to Quality,” and is emphasising its policy of enhancing corporate value by redefining its business focus and revitalising the organisation.
