To mark the video's release, the company will hold an in-person networking event exclusively for business executives on 22 January 2027. Attendance is limited to the first 50 Representative Directors.
Jinichi Kita (喜多 甚一) was born in 1966 and is from Ishikawa Prefecture. He founded a wholesale chicken distribution business in 1986. He subsequently expanded into logistics for a broad range of daily necessities and changed the company name to Being Holdings in 2012.
Being Holdings operates primarily in logistics. Its strength lies in using its proprietary “Jobs” system to propose efficiency improvements across the entire supply chain. The company was listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2020.
In terms of M&A, the company made Sugaya Trans (Chiba Prefecture) a wholly owned subsidiary in July 2026 to strengthen its logistics network in the Kanto region, and made ジェイユウ軽送 (Niigata Prefecture) a wholly owned subsidiary around the same time.
