SHANON Inc. has entered into a business partnership agreement with ライバー to jointly develop a new service that transforms real-world sales settings into AI- and XR-enabled experience spaces. A full-scale launch is targeted for 2027.
SHANON Inc. and ライバー will jointly develop a new service that transforms real-world sales settings, such as trade shows and showrooms, into experience spaces, with a full-scale launch targeted for 2027. The experience spaces will use AI and XR to provide experiences that visitors will want to participate in. By combining SHANON Inc.'s data platform with ライバー's experience design capabilities, the service will transform these experiences into customer touchpoints that lead to sales discussions and contract execution.
The companies explained that as the spread of generative AI drives the collection of information online, experiences that enhance the value of physical locations are becoming increasingly important. AI will be used not to reduce the number of people involved, but to increase the value of real-world interactions, while XR will be used to expand physical spaces.
The service will propose experience spaces tailored to customers' challenges and objectives, centered on experience services using AI, XR and live streaming. These spaces will incorporate three elements: creating experiences, converting interest into data, and linking that data to outcomes. Visitors' interests will be recorded as data and used for customer service, sales discussions and follow-up activities.
Looking ahead, the partnership will begin providing the new service through SHANON Inc. as the point of contact, with experience design at its core. The companies will gradually expand their use of data, targeting a full-scale launch in 2027. Details of the first initiative will be announced once preparations are complete.
