It said it would delegate the authority of the COO and CFO and promote AI-driven development through the newly established CAIO position as part of its management structure.
The change is intended to transfer to new officers the authority of COO and CFO that Representative Director, President and CEO Sato Akinori (佐藤 彰紀) had concurrently held before becoming president.
Executive Officer Kai Tetsuichi (開 哲一) is scheduled to become Director, COO and CAIO, overseeing the promotion of AI adoption across the company and business operations. Executive Officer Takamiya Kei (高宮 啓) is scheduled to become CFO.
Biographical information on the proposed new director was disclosed, and a resolution to submit the candidate to the Board of Directors is expected to be passed.
