YE DIGITAL announced that it will open “AQUA AI HUB” in January 2027, a hub integrating AI service demonstrations, validation and operational support. The hub will be established within Smart Service AQUA and is scheduled to launch its first service, the digital twin platform “MMDigitalFactory.”
YE DIGITAL announced that it will open “AQUA AI HUB” in January 2027, a hub integrating AI service demonstrations, validation and operational support. The hub will be established within the IT customer service center “Smart Service AQUA” and is intended to develop and strengthen advanced AI services using physical AI and generative AI.
“AQUA AI HUB” will include a demonstration area where customers can experience AI services, a validation area for testing solutions to specific challenges, and an operational support area for monitoring operations. It will establish a framework for providing ongoing support through the post-implementation operational phase. Its first offering, the digital twin platform “MMDigitalFactory,” is scheduled to be launched.
The hub is being established to support operational improvements and decision-making, primarily in the manufacturing and logistics industries. Through digital twins, it will reproduce worksites in a digital space and provide functions to support analysis of current conditions, consideration of improvement initiatives, capital investment decisions and layout changes.
YE DIGITAL plans to expand services using technologies including physical AI, generative AI and predictive AI, with the hub as its starting point. It will continue supporting customers’ use of AI, including by applying knowledge gained in the logistics sector to the manufacturing sector.
