The new mechanism is intended for use as a room divider or to conceal storage areas, and is expected to be used to divide indoor spaces. The design allows the screen to be fully opened with one stroke and fully closed with a single downward pull.
The operating cord can be secured with a magnet, helping maintain a clean appearance. The loopless design also takes safety into consideration and is intended to make everyday use more comfortable.
