Garlic Back-Fat Chicken Paitan G and Rich Chicken Paitan Ramen go on sale simultaneously for a limited time from 14 October 2026. The substantial menu, with a total weight of approximately 1,000g, is another feature.
SAKIGAKE Holdings, which operates Ramen Kairikiya, announced that it will launch the approximately 1,000g Garlic Back-Fat Chicken Paitan G and the rich Rich Chicken Paitan Ramen, made with a generous amount of chicken oil, simultaneously for a limited time from 14 October (Wednesday) 2026. The products will be sold at all restaurants except certain locations.
The former is based on chicken paitan broth and topped with a mountain of vegetables, garlic back fat, fresh garlic and fried onions. Combined with medium-thick noodles, it weighs approximately 1,000g. The latter uses a generous amount of chicken oil to create a smooth mouthfeel and a clean finish.
The toppings include red onion, Kujo green onion, fried onion and chopped yuzu, allowing customers to enjoy changes in flavor. The price is ¥1,080 (¥1,188 including tax) for Garlic Back-Fat Chicken Paitan G, while Rich Chicken Paitan Ramen is priced at around ¥990 for the regular size and ¥1,120 (¥1,232 including tax) for the large size.
The products will be available from 14 October 2026 until sold out. Store information states that some locations are excluded and also includes labeling indicating the presence of certain allergens and the possibility of cross-contamination.
