サイバーステップHD signs basic agreement with major Chinese IT company 信華信 for joint AI business

サイバーステップホールディングス has signed a basic agreement with 信華信技術股份有限公司 and DIRECT CHINA Co., Ltd. for a strategic business alliance aimed at jointly developing and commercially deploying an AI call center service for the Japanese market. The alliance is intended to address requirements including Japanese-language voice quality, compatibility with domestic infrastructure and compliance with personal information protection requirements in the Japanese market.

The parties will jointly explore the development of an AI call center service optimized for the Japanese market, optimization of Japanese-language voice quality through the use of NAXA’s AI voice and narration technologies, compatibility with domestic cloud and infrastructure environments, and enhanced AI-based outbound calling, customer-intent assessment and operator coordination functions. サイバーステップ will conduct the pilot, which is scheduled to begin in October 2026.

Under the arrangement, 信華信技術 will provide and develop the AI call center platform and voice technologies, while DIRECT CHINA will be responsible for service deployment and sales support in the Japanese market. The サイバーステップ group will utilize its Japanese-language voice technologies and experience operating call centers. Following the pilot, the parties will consider commercialization based on the results and aim to expand into a broad range of fields.

信華信技術股份有限公司 is a Chinese company that provides digital technologies including AI, big data and cloud services. DIRECT CHINA provides business support between Japan and China and support for the introduction of digital transformation initiatives. サイバーステップホールディングス and NAXA have experience in Japanese-language voice technologies and call center operations, and will explore synergies across the group.
