TORANOTEC投信投資顧問 announced that total investor commitments to its investment fund focused on unlisted U.S. companies, offered in partnership with U.S.-based InvestX, had reached approximately ¥3 billion, far exceeding the target, and that the fund launch had been completed.
The fund provides investment opportunities in promising late-stage and pre-IPO companies in the U.S. market. It was launched based on a strategic partnership with InvestX announced in April 2026.
InvestX is an asset management company established in 2014, with operations based in New York and Vancouver. It is currently raising capital for and investing through its fifth fund. The TORANOTEC Group aims to expand Japanese investors’ access to global private-market investments.
TORANOTEC投信投資顧問 reiterated its policy of expanding opportunities to invest in unlisted companies, which had previously been limited, and reaching investors in Japan beyond institutional investors.
The fund, established through the partnership with InvestX, targets investment opportunities arising from the growth of unlisted U.S. companies, and further expansion of investment opportunities is expected.
