Sky Heart Hotel Hakata, operated by a subsidiary of Sun Frontier Fudosan, has opened under the Hiyori Hotel Flex Hakata brand. All guest rooms and the restaurant have been renovated, offering a new stay at a location 3 minutes on foot from Gion Subway Station and 9 minutes from Hakata Station.
Sun Frontier Fudosan announced that Sky Heart Hotel Hakata, operated by group company Sun Frontier Hotel Management, has opened under the Hiyori Hotel Flex Hakata brand. As part of the flagship Hiyori Hotel brand, the Hakata property is the second location after Dotonbori, Osaka.
All room types have been renovated, with 5 types available, centred on double rooms and including twin rooms and rooms with sofa beds. Every room is equipped with Serta beds and a 50-inch smart TV, creating a space that combines comfort and functionality.
The restaurant has been transformed into Flex Lounge HAKATA TABLE and can be used as an exclusive lounge for hotel guests from 11:30, after breakfast service ends. The hotel is located 3 minutes on foot from Gion Station on the Subway Airport Line and 9 minutes on foot from the Hakata Exit of JR Hakata Station.
As of 29 October 2026, the hotel business of the Sun Frontier Fudosan Group comprises 41 hotels nationwide, with a total of 4,638 rooms.
