株式会社E1, which operates a football school based in Nagareyama City, will launch a new football club for junior-high-school-age players in April 2027 and begin recruiting its 0 and 1st cohorts. The official launch is scheduled for April 2027, when activities for junior-high-school-age players are due to begin.
The 0 cohort consists of current first-year junior high school students who will be second-year students next academic year, while the 1st cohort consists of current sixth-grade elementary school students who will be first-year junior high school students next academic year. Rather than joining an existing team immediately, they will participate by building the culture of E1FC Nagareyama Junior Youth from scratch. The development program began on 2 September 2026 and operates every Wednesday from 20:00 to 21:00 at a facility in Nagareyama City.
The club's development policy focuses not only on improving technical skills but also on building a team that values the spirit of taking on challenges, cooperation with teammates and learning from failure, with the aim of fostering growth without losing the enjoyment of football. Sanada Shota (眞田 翔太) is the club's representative and coaches as a JFA-certified B-level coach.
Trial sessions and participation in training for the development program are currently available, and players considering a trial or joining are being invited to apply.
