Tsukiji Gindaco is collaborating with Nissin Foods' Cup Noodle Isekai Fusion Series to launch Mystery Meat Takoyaki for a limited time and in limited quantities. Nissin Foods is also scheduled to launch a limited-edition product on the same day, marking a joint collaboration between the two companies.
Tsukiji Gindaco will launch the collaboration product A Must-Try‼ Mystery Meat Takoyaki at its stores nationwide, excluding some locations, for a limited time and in limited quantities from Monday, 9 November 2026. Nissin Foods will also launch Cup Noodle Isekai Fusion Series Cup Noodle & Gindaco on the same day. The product is part of a collaboration between Cup Noodle and Tsukiji Gindaco, marking the 55th anniversary of both companies.
A Must-Try‼ Mystery Meat Takoyaki was developed as a menu item combining the texture of takoyaki, crisp on the outside and soft inside, with mystery meat and egg, ingredients used in Cup Noodle. It is seasoned with a special teriyaki sauce designed to bring out its sweetness and soy sauce flavour, and finished with mayonnaise poured over the top to envelop the entire dish.
Nissin Foods' Cup Noodle Isekai Fusion Series Cup Noodle & Gindaco contains a soup with a pronounced dashi flavour and ingredients including aonori, pickled ginger, green onion and fried tempura bits. A separate oil containing mystery meat is included to add a roasted aroma. The noodles are supple and selected to pair well with the soup.
