Open House Group has established a new company, 「おうちバリュー」, to provide housing-purchase contracts, after-sales services and other offerings as an integrated package. Reports say the company aims to extend customer relationships by consolidating existing services into a one-stop offering.
Open House announced that it had established a new company, 「おうちバリュー」, to provide customers with a comprehensive package integrating the housing-purchase contracts and services handled by group companies with after-sales services provided after the purchase.
The group launched its 「おうちリンク」 service in May 2021, enabling customers to apply through a one-stop service for assistance with problems involving electricity, gas and internet connections, as well as house cleaning and interior design consultations. 「おうちバンク」, which provides payment functions, has also been available since August of the same year. These services are positioned as part of the integration by the new company.
The report also describes how group companies other than Open House Group have provided a range of services, including remodeling, solar power generation and insurance.
