Sagami Rubber Industries produced and provided a special package to support agnès b.'s condom distribution campaign. The package will be distributed at selected stores in Japan.
For many years, agnès b. has distributed free condoms at its stores in Japan as part of its efforts to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention. Since its founding, Sagami Rubber Industries has valued the principle of being close to people, which resonates with the company's efforts to promote condom use. With the two companies' philosophies aligned on this occasion, the collaboration took the form of producing and providing a special package.
The special package being provided is designed based on Sagami Original 0.02 and uses highly biocompatible polyurethane. Its features include the absence of the odor characteristic of rubber, a smooth surface with high thermal conductivity that makes body warmth easier to transmit, and approximately three times the strength of natural rubber latex products, according to measurements by the company.
The package is scheduled to be distributed at selected agnès b. stores in Japan.
By expressing its support for agnès b.'s social initiatives and providing a special package that draws on its technical capabilities, Sagami Rubber Industries has indicated its intention to support the dissemination of knowledge and means for protecting health.
