Will Group announced the integration and corporate name changes of its consolidated subsidiaries, as well as a change in representative directors. Willof Work and Willof Construction will be integrated, effective 1 April 2027.
In response to changes in the human resources market in recent years, Will Group will integrate and change the corporate names of its consolidated subsidiaries and make changes to their representative directors to establish group management. Under the new structure following the integration, Willof Work and Willof Construction will be integrated, and the corporate name will be changed to “Willof” on the effective date.
At the same time, the corporate name of consolidated subsidiary HR CAREER will be changed effective 1 April 2027. These changes are expected to proceed following resolutions by the boards of directors and approval at general shareholders’ meetings.
The reorganization is driven by changes in the operating environment, including labor shortages, difficulties in hiring and higher costs. Its aim is to advance human capital management that supports the development of each individual’s capabilities and career. The group seeks to improve operating efficiency and competitiveness by integrating functions and making effective use of resources, while achieving both the growth of its employees and its businesses.
Going forward, under the medium-term management plan “WILL-being 2029,” the group plans to expand its domestic permanent-staff and foreign-worker HR businesses, improve productivity in its overseas operations and strengthen collaboration among group companies.
