Straker Japan and IBM Japan have entered into an AI partnership and begun developing a new platform to strengthen the generation and management of multilingual content, including English-language disclosures. The agreement was concluded on 1 July 2026, with the companies aiming to balance quality and regulatory compliance through collaboration between humans and AI.
Straker provides AI-powered multilingual content services for businesses, with the aim of accelerating and improving the quality of translation and disclosure operations in the Japanese market. Through this partnership, the companies will promote the development of a next-generation multilingual content platform using IBM Japan's AI infrastructure and governance capabilities.
The platform is intended to automate and enhance operations using multiple AI agents, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance through a human-in-the-loop operating model. IBM Japan will provide technologies including watsonx Orchestrate, watsonx governance, and API Connect, supporting agent collaboration and the development of a multicloud infrastructure.
The expected benefits include greater efficiency and improved quality in English-language disclosure operations, as well as stronger information dissemination to overseas investors and global stakeholders. In the future, the companies aim to standardize multilingual communications, including disclosure operations.
Straker already provides SwiftBridge AI in the investor relations field, and through this collaboration it will accelerate the commercialization of an advanced multilingual content platform developed in partnership with IBM Japan. Straker Japan will expand its service offerings in the Japanese market and contribute to improving the reliability of global information dissemination.
