Global Security Expert (GSX) has entered into a capital and business alliance with Keyware Solutions. The companies will use their respective networks of locations to expand cybersecurity support and investigation and recovery services following incidents for companies throughout Japan. Keyware has locations in Tokyo, Sapporo, Morioka, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka, while GSX provides nationwide coverage, and the companies will strengthen their collaboration.
Global Security Expert (GSX) has entered into a capital and business alliance with Keyware Solutions and will expand its capacity to provide cybersecurity support, as well as investigation and recovery services following cyberattacks, to customers throughout Japan through the companies' respective networks of locations. The initiative will combine GSX's nationwide coverage with Keyware's locations in Tokyo, Sapporo, Morioka, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka.
As AI becomes more widespread, attacks are expected to become faster, larger in scale and more autonomous, with incidents occurring regardless of region or company size. At the same time, a social challenge has been identified in the shortage of specialist companies in regional areas that businesses can consult about security measures and recovery from damage. In response to this situation, GSX will strengthen its nationwide support structure through the capital and business alliance.
Through the alliance, the companies will establish a structure for providing customers nationwide with prompt and attentive cybersecurity support and assistance in responding to incidents. They will broaden the scope of their support by combining Keyware's nationwide locations with GSX's support structure. Keyware will use GSX's cybersecurity personnel development program to strengthen its talent development and service delivery capabilities.
