BeeX built a Snowflake-based data analytics platform for 三好不動産 in Fukuoka. The platform integrated 75 years of data and went live in May 2026, creating an environment in which more than 600 employees could use the data themselves.
BeeX supported 三好不動産, a Fukuoka-based company, in building a data analytics platform that integrates its accumulated property management and sales data. The data had previously been distributed across individual systems, making company-wide data use a challenge. Snowflake was adopted as the data warehouse, with BeeX responsible for the implementation. The platform went live in May 2026, creating an environment in which more than 600 employees could access the data they needed.
As part of its Snowflake-related initiatives, BeeX was certified in August 2026 as a Select partner, an AI Data Cloud services partner in the Snowflake Partner Network. The company supports the development of AI-ready platforms focused on eliminating data silos, enabling secure data use and optimizing operating costs. In September 2026, 2 BeeX employees were selected as 2026 Snowflake Partner Champions.
Going forward, BeeX plans to promote data-driven management for customers by combining the cloud migration of core systems with Snowflake's advanced data platform, drawing on its capabilities as an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner in supporting multiple clouds and its track record in building and operating core systems centered on SAP.
