Figure skater Nakai Ami (中井 亜美) announced on Instagram that she had signed a sponsorship agreement with local company SANKA. A press conference was also held, where she said she would turn the support into strength as she prepares for upcoming competitions.
Figure skater Nakai Ami (中井 亜美) announced on her Instagram on the 18th that she had signed a sponsorship agreement with SANKA, a household goods and appliance manufacturer headquartered in Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture. The post included a message saying that the support from the local company was very reassuring, along with a photograph of her smiling.
SANKA is a local company in Niigata, and a press conference was also held on the 18th. Nakai said at the press conference that she had been able to deepen her bond with SANKA, adding that she would turn this warm support into strength and achieve her goals.
Nakai is currently 18 years old and placed 4th in the Kinoshita Group Cup earlier this month. Her upcoming Grand Prix Series assignments include the French event in October and Skate America in November.
