Nihon M&A Center Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of Nihon M&A Center Holdings, announced that it had been recognised by Guinness World Records for the sixth consecutive year since 2020. It handled 1,150 deals in 2025, continuing its record as the best-selling company, as in the previous five years.
The record title is “Best-selling M&A financial advisory company,” and the formal record title is “Best-selling mergers and acquisitions advisory company.” The record holder is Nihon M&A Center Inc., the covered period is 1 January 2025–31 December 2025, and the certifying organisation is Guinness World Records.
The Nihon M&A Center Group said it had reached its 35th anniversary and started its “second founding.” It outlined a policy of continuing to support corporate growth after M&A transactions and create social value.
