AEON Financial Service Co.,Ltd. announced that AEON Pay is now available at YELLOW HAT LTD., a nationwide car-accessories retailer. Customers can select smartphone payment at the counter and use AEON Pay as a payment method alongside cash and cards.
AEON Pay can be used through 2 methods, app-based code payments and WAON Touch, and the app also allows users to flexibly transfer their stored balance. As part of its contribution to local communities, users can also choose the recipient of donations made through local WAON cards.
At the same time, an AEON Pay campaign offering a 1.5% reward on payments will run from 20 October 2026. Some stores and services, including pharmacies, are excluded, as announced. The company said it will continue working with participating merchants to improve convenience.
