AVILEN has begun accepting applications for “E Qualification Course for Everyone” as an eligible course under the Professional Training Education and Training Benefit System. The course starts on 1 November 2026, and applications opened on 15 October.
AVILEN announced that applications for “E Qualification Course for Everyone” would open on 15 October 2026 as an eligible course under the Professional Training Education and Training Benefit System designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. The course is covered by the system, making part of the tuition eligible for public benefits. Benefits apply to participants who meet the requirements, and the benefit rate may be increased to a maximum of 80% if requirements such as employment after completion are met.
The course starts on 1 November 2026, and applications will be accepted from 15 October 2026. Attendance at an information session or an online individual consultation is presented as a mandatory condition for applying.
As a JDLA-certified provider, “E Qualification Course for Everyone” offers video lectures by active AI engineers, output-based learning, unlimited support, and an optional product development examination. The course is reported to have produced a cumulative 2,777 successful candidates since 2019#2.
