TerraSky Co.,Ltd announced plans to relocate its head office to floors 32 to 34 of TOFROM YAESU TOWER. The new office will have a total floor area of approximately 7,800 m², about twice the size of the current office.
The new office will include the co-creation hub "Innovation Lab". Centred on in-person communication, it is intended to promote internal innovation and the joint resolution of customer issues. It will include seminar and demonstration spaces and lounge facilities, serving as a café and lunch space during the day and a bar at night.
The office will feature activity-based working (ABW), a range of workspaces and conference-room designs. The company will also develop a space for new-graduate training and expand its massage room. The relocation is scheduled for August 2027.
