Working backward from management strategies, the companies will establish a system to provide integrated support covering the creation of a dynamic talent portfolio, system implementation, operations and human capital disclosures.
TalentX has a track record of supporting recruitment transformation at more than 1,000 companies and provides support for executing talent strategies centered on the MyTalent Platform. PRONEXUS has a customer base of approximately 4,000 companies, primarily listed companies and companies preparing for IPOs, and will provide expertise in information communications, including disclosure and the preparation of IR materials.
The companies plan to jointly advance recruitment strategy development, persona design, branding and candidate relationship building, and to provide comprehensive support through the operation of a dynamic talent portfolio.
