鈴与シンワート has added AI analysis functionality to Koko Repo, its employee engagement support cloud, and begun automatically analyzing changes in employees’ condition and sending notifications weekly and monthly.
鈴与シンワート announced that it had added AI analysis functionality to Koko Repo, its employee engagement support cloud. The new functionality automatically analyzes changes in employees’ condition and was launched alongside the start of service provision.
The new functionality combines data registered by employees at the start and end of the workday with the results of AI facial expression analysis to determine changes in their energy levels. The results of the AI analysis are sent as comments to the employees themselves weekly and monthly through a dedicated app.
The analysis uses employees’ daily survey responses and facial expression data obtained from images. By visualizing changes in employees’ physical condition and mood, the functionality aims to reduce the burden on managers and create opportunities for employees to practice self-care.
The service launches on 29 October 2026 and will be used to encourage employees to notice changes in their physical condition and mood.
