Sodick Co.,Ltd. has opened a Food Machinery Exhibition Area at its Kaga facility in Ishikawa Prefecture. The area displays the latest machinery, including a continuous vacuum cooling system that received an Excellence Award at the 5th FOOMA Award 2026, and creates a co-creation space by integrating the showroom and food research laboratory.
Sodick Co.,Ltd. has opened a new Food Machinery Exhibition Area at its Kaga facility. The area showcases machinery, mainly the latest models, with demonstrations, and provides a space for freely exchanging information as well as solution proposals tailored to customer needs.
The exhibits include a continuous vacuum cooling system, which is presented as having received an Excellence Award at the FOOMA Award 2026. The area focuses on the latest machinery aimed at improving manufacturing-process efficiency, reducing labor requirements and enhancing quality.
The company will closely integrate the showroom and food research laboratory with the exhibition area to strengthen support for prototyping and development. It is establishing a system capable of flexibly addressing research and development, the resolution of challenges and improvement proposals across a broad range of fields.
The facility is located at 1-1 Chikara, Miyamachi, Kaga, Ishikawa, and is operated by the Food Machinery Division.
