Cacco Inc. has entered into a business partnership with Jakarta-based bitbybit Studio to expand the rollout of its fraud detection services in Indonesia’s e-commerce market. Under the partnership, Cacco will promote the adoption of its “O-PLUX Payment Protection” and “O-PLUX Account Protection” fraud detection services among the e-commerce operators and brands supported by bitbybit Studio. The aim is to apply the technology and expertise developed in Japan to the local market.
bitbybit Studio operates a commerce platform on WhatsApp powered by AI agents. The platform has been adopted by more than 1,000 brands in over 50 countries, primarily Indonesia. Through this initiative, the companies aim to combine the local brand and operator network with Cacco’s fraud detection technology to enhance the reliability of digital commerce.
Looking ahead, the companies plan to use O-PLUX’s fraud detection capabilities through bitbybit Studio’s platform infrastructure to prevent fraudulent orders and unauthorized logins, providing both users and operators in the Indonesian market with a secure digital commerce experience. They also expect to expand the rollout of the “O-PLUX” series by leveraging the local network.
