During a performance in a black outfit that recreated skating on ice, a signboard behind him opened to reveal a refrigerator and a drum-type washing machine.
Hanyu described the event on an ice rink as giving him “a special feeling” and also expressed his personal interest in home appliances. A new commercial was unveiled, and he said he intended to continue taking on new challenges.
The event was held in Tokyo, and Hanyu is active as a brand ambassador.
