The new title 'Sanrio Partyland', which lets players experience the world of Sanrio, launches today for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, offering a variety of activities in a town where players can create original avatars and play alongside more than 145 characters.
The game is set in Partyland, a town where players can play alongside Sanrio characters. It begins with players creating their own avatar and choosing 1 of 16 characters as a partner. Players can enjoy mini-games, board games, exploration and shopping with their partner.
The game includes more than 45 original mini-games and 3 board games, offering opportunities to play alongside the characters through cooperative play. The town features a range of activities, including a shopping mall, Sky Farm, a sticker book and a photo studio.
The game features a large cast of characters, including Hello Kitty and Cinnamoroll, who can be encountered throughout the town. The displayed gameplay footage includes avatar creation, views of the town and scenes from the mini-games.
The packaged version includes a Hello Kitty mini mascot holder as a limited-quantity bonus. The download version includes an early-purchase bonus consisting of avatar T-shirts featuring more than 80 characters.
The early-purchase period for the download version ends at 23:59 on 28 January 2027. The bonus includes downloadable content featuring original T-shirts. The currently available Ver.1.0.1 update also adds 3 jinbei-style outfits.
