The Ascott Limited’s upper-upscale brand, “Oakwood Premier YAESU CORE Tokyo,” will occupy the top floors, from the 40th to 43rd floors, of the YAESU CORE redevelopment near Tokyo Station and is scheduled to open in 2029.
YAESU CORE is a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment near Tokyo Station planned to include offices, retail facilities, a theater, a school, a hotel, serviced residences and transport facilities. It has now been announced that The Ascott Limited’s upper-upscale brand, “Oakwood Premier YAESU CORE Tokyo,” will be launched on its top floors.
The hotel and serviced residences will occupy the 40th to 43rd floors above ground. The 40th floor will feature shared spaces including a lounge, restaurant and fitness facilities, offering views across central Tokyo from an elevation of approximately 190m. The 184 rooms will comprise 4 types ranging from approximately 30 sq m to approximately 170 sq m and will be designed to accommodate long-term stays.
