ANA Holdings will relocate its headquarters to YAESU CORE in Tokyo’s Yaesu area around spring 2030, while moving some functions to a building in Tamachi.
ANA Holdings (HD) will relocate its headquarters from the current Shiodome City Center to Tokyo’s Yaesu area in Chuo Ward around spring 2030. The new location will be within YAESU CORE, where ANA and All Nippon Airways are scheduled to have their headquarters.
The new headquarters building is adjacent to Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, a mixed-use complex in front of Tokyo Station. Development of YAESU CORE is under way with completion targeted for 2029. Mitsui Fudosan and others are involved in the project, and Honda and Chugai Pharmaceutical also plan to relocate their headquarters to the building.
ANA has been headquartered at Shiodome City Center since 2003. The relocation is believed to be part of the group’s integration and the process of selecting a new base.
