FIXER revised downward its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2026, indicating that its loss is expected to widen. While maintaining its operating loss forecast, it lowered the forecast from a loss of around ¥2.3 billion to a loss of ¥2.438 billion.
The downward revision was attributed to delays in establishing the sales structure for its on-premises generative AI service, Sovereign Gaixer, a delayed launch for Medical AI Solutions (JV), and failure to meet order targets for project-based services.
The company has set a target of recovering orders in the next fiscal year, the fiscal year ending August 2027, and said that changes to its operating structure, including switching personnel assignments, have been completed.
The shares fell sharply, closing on the 2nd at ¥307, down ¥37 from the previous day. There has also been a report that the stock previously reached ¥299 intraday.
