The affected data covered 22,519,960 records and included email addresses, passwords, names, addresses, telephone numbers and dates of birth. Sourcenext said credit card information was not stored in the affected systems and was not included in the leak.
The leaked information also included names, names in kana, addresses, gender, telephone numbers, fax numbers, company names, job titles, department names and system-specific identification information such as subscribed services, registration dates and login dates.
At the time the news was distributed, Sourcenext's share price had plunged. The current price was ¥105, down ¥1 from the previous day.
