CROSS SYNC and Allm have entered into a comprehensive business partnership agreement covering sales of Allm's multidisciplinary collaboration system "Team." The companies aim to accelerate DX across regional healthcare infrastructure.
CROSS SYNC and Allm announced that they have entered into a comprehensive business partnership agreement covering sales of Allm's multidisciplinary collaboration system "Team." The agreement will integrate CROSS SYNC's network, including its remote ICU business, with the home healthcare and integrated community care foundations of Allm's Team.
The partnership is intended to address the fragmentation of medical information amid efforts to promote integrated community care in Japan, strengthening information sharing during home-based care and after hospital discharge, as well as links to acute care treatment information. Team uses ICT to support information sharing across healthcare and long-term care settings.
Going forward, the companies will seek to expand Team's adoption by leveraging CROSS SYNC's sales and network infrastructure, while continuing discussions aimed at establishing an operating structure with a view to future business integration.
Team is a cloud-based system that seamlessly connects healthcare and long-term care services and enables real-time information sharing among multiple professions, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and strengthening coordination at the front line.
