日本コムシンク entered into a Zoho consulting partner agreement. It outlined a policy of providing rapid DX support to mid-sized and small businesses by combining Zoho with its own development capabilities.
日本コムシンク has entered into a consulting partner agreement with Zoho Japan and is establishing a framework to provide end-to-end support, from implementing the digitalisation of business processes using Zoho through customisation and operations tailored to each company. The aim of the agreement is to accelerate DX initiatives at mid-sized and small businesses facing cost and staffing constraints.
The company identifies customer information management, sales management and the streamlining of day-to-day operations as DX challenges, and considers rapid implementation using existing services and the combination of features suited to each company’s operational challenges to be important. Drawing on its experience in the financial, manufacturing and distribution sectors, it emphasises an approach that balances common and company-specific aspects of operations.
The company explained its policy of promoting small-scale DX through both implementation and operations, citing Zoho’s core functionality, integration with other services and flexibility as strengths. By digitalising common business processes with Zoho and optimising company-specific operations through its own development capabilities, it aims to achieve benefits in both speed and cost.
Going forward, it plans to strengthen proposals to customers in the insurance industry and expand the use of Zoho in collaboration with partner companies. By combining Zoho with its own consulting, system development and operational support, it will support the digitalisation and efficiency improvements of entire business processes.
