Toki Premium Outlets in Gifu Prefecture has partnered with NEXCO Central Japan to launch the ETC-only Hayatabi drive plan. The plan includes a highway pass and shopping voucher, and is valid from 29 July to 25 December 2026.
Toki Premium Outlets has partnered with NEXCO Central Japan to launch sales of the Toki Premium Outlets Shopping Voucher Drive Plan, which combines the ETC-only Hayatabi drive plan with a ¥3,000 shopping voucher. Applications are accepted through the official NEXCO Central Japan website.
The plan combines a Highway Pass, which provides unlimited travel on expressways in the designated area for a fixed fee, with a ¥3,000 shopping voucher for Toki Premium Outlets, offering a ¥200 saving on the ¥2,800 purchase price, and a coupon sheet. The shopping voucher and coupons can be redeemed at the information center by presenting the redemption screen on a smartphone or tablet.
The coupon sheet can be used for discounts and services at participating stores in the outlet, as well as for discounts and other benefits at the hot spring and commercial facilities in the adjacent Terrace Gate Toki complex.
The usage period is from Wednesday, 29 July 2026, through Friday, 25 December 2026. Applications covering the Obon period (7–16 August), Silver Week, or three-day holiday periods cannot be made. Eligible vehicles are ETC-equipped standard passenger cars, kei cars and other vehicles, including motorcycles.
In the Toki area, which has maintained the highest visitor numbers in Gifu Prefecture since 2017 according to the Gifu Prefecture Tourism Visitor Statistics Survey, the initiative aims to promote movement between destinations by combining surrounding tourist attractions with shopping.
