サイバーステップホールディングス announced that it had reached a basic agreement on a strategic business partnership with Chinese company 信華信技術 and Okinawa-based DIRECT CHINA to jointly develop and commercially roll out an AI call center service for the Japanese market. By combining the two companies’ technologies, the parties aim to develop and commercialize an AI call center that Japanese companies can use with confidence.
The joint venture will also consider the reciprocal use of customer touchpoints, intellectual property and technological infrastructure developed by the group through its digital entertainment businesses, including online games.
Proof-of-concept testing is scheduled to begin in October, with attention focused on the timing of specific future developments and the fields in which the service will be applied.
