For the April–June 2026 quarter, AnyMind Group reported revenue of ¥20.466 billion, up 55% year on year, and operating profit of ¥861 million, up 93%. However, the full-year forecast was left unchanged, while the outlook for second-half growth and the completion of additional acquisitions remain unclear.
In its results for the April–June 2026 quarter, the company reported revenue of ¥20.466 billion, operating profit of ¥861 million, and quarterly profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥326 million, representing increases of 55.0%, 93.1%, and 159.8%, respectively, from the same period a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was ¥1.540 billion, up 59.1% year on year.
The company left its full-year forecast unchanged. It expects revenue of ¥79.110 billion, gross profit of ¥30.350 billion, operating profit of ¥3.060 billion, and profit for the year of ¥1.630 billion. There was no major upward revision to the full-year outlook of the kind some market participants had anticipated, and the lack of confirmation regarding second-half growth remains a concern.
Organic growth excluding acquisition effects also made a significant contribution to cumulative first-half results. The definition of organic growth and its relationship to the various consolidated metrics therefore warrant attention. While second-quarter results drove growth in the first half, the factors supporting growth in the second half remain uncertain.
The earnings materials included the breakdown and earnings summary released on 14 August. Additional acquisitions, the specific outlook for second-half growth, and the contribution of multiple segments are expected to be the key areas of focus going forward.
