鈴与シンワート announced that it would begin offering a new version of its Rizaen cloud-based reservation system on 30 October 2026. The new version is newly equipped with features for local governments and is designed to bring reservation operations in the public sector online. This enables lottery-based applications for the use of public facilities, bulk reservations across multiple facilities, and automated notifications of successful and unsuccessful applications.
The new version also offers enhanced integration with external services and support for multiple languages, including two-way integration with Google Calendar, LINE notifications, integration with web conferencing systems, and automated unlocking and locking through integration with RemoteLOCK and Akerun. Reservation and member information can also be shared with external systems via API.
Enhanced multilingual support and security are also key features. In addition to supporting displays and applications in languages other than Japanese, the system includes two-factor authentication, single sign-on, login lockouts, IP restrictions and administrator activity logs. The company also states that it has obtained ISMS-related certifications, ensuring security suited to the operational requirements of local governments and companies.
In addition to standard features, the system supports customisation to suit individual business processes, allowing it to accommodate differences among local governments in facility usage rules, fee structures and application procedures. This is intended to improve the efficiency of reservation operations and convenience for users.
