Bunka Shutter Co.,Ltd. will launch SeleConnect Biz, an IoT-enabled shutter link system. The system enables multiple heavy-duty shutters to be operated remotely and controlled automatically via the cloud, supporting labor reduction across multiple sites.
Bunka Shutter Co.,Ltd. announced that it will launch SeleConnect Biz, an IoT-enabled shutter link system, on 1 October. The system centrally manages multiple heavy-duty shutters installed at large commercial facilities, factories, warehouses and other sites, and enables remote operation via the cloud.
Standard features include timer control for automatic opening and closing at preset times, obstacle detection and reverse opening when the shutter is lowered, and a laser scanner that detects people and obstacles and stops the shutter. The system is intended to support facility operations with fewer staff.
The price is ¥1.092 million including tax. Installation and server usage fees are charged separately.
