Pasona Group announced that it will hold the “PASONA HR UPDATE FORUM,” a forum linking women’s advancement to higher corporate value, online on 13 and 14 October 2026 and in person in Tokyo on 30 October 2026.
The forum focuses on women’s advancement and human capital management, offering practical insights into improving KPIs, accountability, and building an organisational culture in which diverse talent can take on challenges. It will cover a wide range of topics, including career development in the generative AI era, recruitment and DE&I, and supporting career self-direction through dialogue, while introducing companies’ practical examples and insights from experts.
The first session will be held online from 10:00 to 16:00. Speakers including Izui Shiyo (出射詩予) are scheduled to appear, covering topics such as the need for empowerment, DE&I and organisational management. The second session will also be held online, focusing on MUFG’s human capital management and career self-direction through dialogue.
The third session will be an in-person forum, “PASONA HR UPDATE MeetUP,” scheduled to begin at around 17:00 on 30 October. It will cover ways to embed individual contributions into organisational culture and include group discussions. Attendees are asked to bring business cards.
