DCIO, which aims to bring digital currencies centered on on-chain finance into practical use across society, has been established, and the government has announced measures to promote the field in Basic Policy 2026. The performance of 6 related companies is introduced.
The Digital Currency Innovation Organization (DCIO), a general incorporated association, began full-scale operations on 1 October. It has explained that it will work to develop and bring into practical use across society digital currency and payment infrastructure centered on tokenized deposits.
