Torikizoku unveiled its new desserts, "New Toriki Sweets 2026-27," at a launch event, announcing plans to offer 6 limited-time desserts and 1 grand-menu item over the next year.
The limited-time lineup includes Nagano Purple parfait, Mont Blanc ice cream, fresh dorayaki made with Yume Silk, Naruto Kintoki sweet-potato spring rolls, Camembert croquettes with red-bean-and-butter sauce, and zunda shiratama waffles. Each item is scheduled to be available during a different period.
Three types of churros, caramel, strawberry and chocolate, will be newly added to the grand menu. Each is priced at ¥390.
Each item uses ingredients that draw on regional specialties and combines them with whipped cream, milk ice cream or red-bean paste. The planned offering period runs from August through July, with the introduction of new items throughout that period cited as one of the aims.
