Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Investment Corporation reported ordinary profit of ¥5.84 billion for the fiscal year ending July 2026 and expects ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2027 to rise 19.9% year on year to ¥7.0 billion.
