Techno Smart revised its ordinary profit forecast for the first half (April-September) upward from the previous forecast of ¥670 million to ¥1.1 billion after the market close on 22 October. The full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged at the previous forecast of ¥2.0 billion.
Techno Smart revised its standalone ordinary profit for the cumulative April-September period upward to ¥1.1 billion. The year-earlier figure was ¥2.39 billion, and the revised figure is expected to represent a 64.2% increase. Accordingly, the expected decline is expected to narrow from 72.0% to 54.1%.
The full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged at the previous forecast of ¥2.0 billion, compared with actual ordinary profit of ¥2.96 billion in the previous fiscal year. According to Kabutan News, the revision reflects the first-half results.
