アテイン株式会社 will launch business Japanese training for companies hiring foreign-national job offer recipients and new hires. The 12-week program combines 10 one-on-one lessons with e-learning to help participants acquire the Japanese-language skills and business etiquette needed before and after joining a company.
アテイン株式会社 will begin offering “Business Japanese Training,” a corporate training program for foreign-national job offer recipients and new hires to acquire business Japanese and Japanese business etiquette, from 1 September 2026. The 12-week program is delivered online and includes content based on practical workplace situations.
The program combines 10 one-on-one lessons with “Attain Online Japanese,” an e-learning service covering levels from beginner through JLPT N1. Training is tailored to each participant’s Japanese-language level and work-related challenges. Participants learn workplace essentials including honorific language, business expressions, greetings, and the practice of reporting, informing, and consulting.
The program can be used not only for pre-employment training, but also for onboarding new hires immediately after they join the company and for follow-up support for foreign-national employees. The fee is ¥110,000 per participant, excluding tax, for a 12-week program, with a simple pricing structure and no additional charges.
Inquiries and consultations on implementation are accepted free of charge. The company also offers Japanese-language level assessments before training and proposals tailored to each company’s needs. Details and materials for the corporate service are available on the company’s website.
