TETSUJIN Holdings,Inc. released its financial results for the fiscal year ended August 2026. Revenue increased substantially following the newly consolidated staffing services business, while the karaoke business reported lower revenue. Its financial position improved, and the company expects higher revenue and profit in the next fiscal year, but no dividend is planned.
For the fiscal year ended August 2026, consolidated revenue was approximately ¥10.5 billion, operating profit was approximately ¥400 million, ordinary profit was approximately ¥500 million, and net income attributable to owners of the parent was approximately ¥400 million. All exceeded the previous year, resulting in higher revenue and profit. The substantial increase in revenue was largely attributable to the contribution from ヴァンクールプロモーション, which became a consolidated subsidiary in November 2025.
Meanwhile, the karaoke room operations business reported an approximately 12.1% year-on-year decline in revenue, leaving challenges in improving the profitability of the core business.
On the balance sheet, total assets expanded substantially to approximately ¥5.5 billion and net assets to approximately ¥1.2 billion, while the equity ratio improved to 19.5%. Total liabilities, however, stood at approximately ¥4.3 billion, and short-term borrowings increased approximately 108.8% from the end of the previous fiscal year.
For the next fiscal year, the company expects continued growth in revenue and profit, with revenue of approximately ¥10.9 billion, operating profit of approximately ¥600 million, ordinary profit of approximately ¥600 million, and net income attributable to owners of the parent of approximately ¥400 million. No dividend is expected for either the current or next fiscal year. Expansion of store openings and the contribution from the staffing services business are expected to drive growth.
