ADK Holdings and US-based Stagwell have formally announced a three-year strategic partnership. Following one year of joint projects, the companies will accelerate the expansion of Japanese IP into North America.
ADK Holdings announced on 13 October 2026 that it had entered into a basic agreement, the Master Agreement, with Stagwell Inc. of the United States for a three-year strategic business partnership. Approximately one year after signing an MOU in 2025, the companies will elevate their collaboration, which had been advanced on a project-by-project basis, into a full-scale partnership for a defined term.
One of the key themes of the agreement is expanding the IP business in global markets, including the United States. ADK said it had achieved results in supporting the global expansion of Japanese IP and helping Japanese clients expand overseas.
