日本コムシンク has launched an employee-led corporate culture transformation. To achieve Road to 100, it has established Own, Change, Enjoy as behavioral principles to be shared by all employees.
日本コムシンク is pursuing a transformation to create a corporate culture in which employees take the initiative, with the goal of achieving its medium-term management vision, Road to 100. As part of the initiative, it has established Own, Change, Enjoy as behavioral principles and aims to create an environment in which all employees can put shared values into practice in their day-to-day work.
The principles were developed over approximately seven months, led by an internal project team. Following a survey of all employees and dialogue sessions with department and deputy department managers and executives, the project identified taking ownership and acting accordingly as the most important value.
The new behavioral principles are more than internal rules. They are grounded in the idea that each employee should think and act as personally responsible for achieving Road to 100. Five specific behavioral principles have been articulated, and systems will also be established to promote their adoption in the workplace.
The principles are scheduled to be reflected in personnel evaluations from October 2026 and will also be applied as shared values in talent development and recruitment, with the aim of embedding them throughout the organization. Comments from the company’s representative emphasized the development of a culture that grows together with its employees.
