Hiramatsu Inc. has begun accepting reservations for Christmas special courses at 20 French and Italian restaurants nationwide. The courses will be available from 1 to 25 December, with each restaurant offering a special course in its own distinctive setting, including venues inside museums. Reservations will open on 7 October 2026.
Hiramatsu Inc. has begun accepting Christmas reservations at 20 French and Italian restaurants nationwide. From 1 to 25 December during the Christmas period, the restaurants will offer special courses prepared by their chefs. Each venue offers a different atmosphere, including house-style interiors, dining rooms overlooking the city and restaurants located inside museums.
Reservations will open on 7 October 2026. The participating restaurants are located nationwide, mainly in Tokyo, as well as in Sapporo, Kanazawa, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Fukuoka. Different Christmas menus will be offered at each restaurant, with special courses available throughout the period.
The dedicated Hiramatsu Christmas 2026 website is expected to provide information on the event period, participating restaurants and reservation procedures. The campaign is designed to allow guests to enjoy each restaurant’s individual character and Christmas presentation.
This year’s Christmas menus are positioned as dining experiences featuring the individual chefs’ creative approaches, and are expected to attract attention as dining options during the Christmas period.
